What is COE? The Cup of Excellence® (C.O.E) is an annual competition held in several countries to identify the highest quality of coffees produced. These winning coffees are strictly chosen by a selected group of national and international cuppers, received more than 84 in score and are cupped at least five different times during the competition process. The final winners are awarded the prestigious Cup of Excellence® and are sold via web auctions to the highest bidder amongst coffee roasters worldwide.

Coffees of this exemplary quality are very rare. These Cup of Excellence coffees are perfectly ripe, carefully picked with a well-developed body, pleasant aroma and a lively sweetness that only extremely high quality specially coffees contain. Each winning coffee has its own flavour signature from the earth where it grows, and all have been handcrafted in such a way as to enhance these unique characteristics.
